Window Glass Warranty
If for any reason any of the glass in the windows we install, contain manufacturing imperfections, we will replace the glass at NO cost to you
for as long as you own your home.
We know life happens and glass breaks, whether it is from a ricocheted rock from your lawn mower, or the neighbor’s baseball or golf ball. It could be from something that happened during cleaning. If your window glass is broken, NO MATTER WHO BREAKS IT, the glass and the replacement of the glass is absolutely FREE!
Window Screen Warranty
We understand that screens may break over time, whether it’s your children, cat, dog, or anything else.
Just drop your broken screen at SEVEN SUN New Britain location and we will repair it for you at NO cost to you.

We guarantee that our price is at fair market and that it includes everything needed to assure the finest craftsmanship.

* Our warranty is transferable to the next homeowner – parts 100% plus a small fee for the repair. There’s NO fee to the original purchaser.
* This warranty does NOT apply to commercial projects.
* Factory painted colors on windows and sliding doors are warranted for 10 years
* Factory painted colors on ProVia Signet doors are warranted for 15 years. Factory painted colors on ProVia Heritage and Legacy doors are warranted for 10 years. Factory Painted colors on Vantage and 24 Ga Steel doors are warranted for 5 years.
* Glass Breakage to sliding doors and picture windows are NOT covered by this warranty. It should be covered by the Homeowner’s Insurance.
* Acts of God, nature and vandalism are NOT covered by this warranty.
